The "Oxygen" Plan aims to build and share together, and protect health with oxygen. It will build oxygen therapy centers with schools, nursing homes and other public institutions to allow more people to experience a new healthy lifestyle. On February 28, 2023, the first stop of the "Oxygen" Plan was launched at East China University of Political Science and Law.
